1. IntroductionWelcome to the Doghab Construction Advertisement Site. Access and use of the services of this site are subject to acceptance of these rules and regulations. 4. Rules for publishing an ad
Permitted content: Ads must not contain illegal, immoral, offensive, political, religious and social matters without commercial value, encouragement to bypass filters, providing VPN, drugs, tobacco, selling prohibited products, matchmaking, fraud and similar matters. Also, duplicate ads, unrelated to the category, containing duplicate photos or belonging to others, or including goods and services without legal permission are prohibited.
Accuracy of information: The accuracy and completeness of the content of the ads is entirely the responsibility of the advertiser. "Doghab" does not make any endorsement, guarantee or responsibility for the content of the ads and the claims made.
Prohibitions: Placing advertisements that are prohibited by law or custom, including unauthorized goods and services, pyramid schemes, selling textbooks without a license, green cards, Hajj Tamattu vouchers, all, cases of intellectual property rights violations or other illegal matters, is not permitted.
5. Rights and Responsibilities of Users
Compliance with Laws: Users are obligated to comply with current laws of the country and the site's regulations.
Responsibility for Content: All responsibility for advertisements, claims, information, images and any type of content included by the advertiser is directly on him. "Doghab" is not responsible for the credibility, accuracy, legality or consequences arising from the content of advertisements.
Preventive Action: Users must check the credibility of the advertiser before taking any financial, commercial action, sending money, etc. The site is merely a platform for displaying advertisements and does not confirm its activity or accuracy.
6. Rights and Responsibilities of "Doghab"
